We collect account information (your name and email address), transaction data (order details, asset types, amounts, wallet addresses, payment method information, and payment proof uploads), communication data (messages exchanged with our team through the in-platform order chat), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device information, and session data collected automatically when you use our platform).
How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect to create and manage your account, process and settle your buy and sell orders, communicate with you about orders and platform changes, detect and prevent fraud and unauthorised transactions, comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, and improve our platform based on usage patterns.
Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform and are contractually bound to protect your data; when required by law, court order, or governmental authority; or in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
